Spring 2025 Faculty Research Lunch Series:
Tasting the Poem: Notes on Writing about Literature and Food, and a reading from Hot, Sour, Salty, Sweet
Presenter: Adrienne Su, Professor of Creative Writing
Dickinson poet-in-residence Adrienne Su reads excerpts from her new essay collection, Hot, Sour, Salty, Sweet which combines writing about poetry and writing about cooking and eating. Professor Su will also talk about the development of the collection and its links to her teaching, which has long included both genres.
