Committees & Staff
Chair (President): Selene Nguyen '25
The Executive Chair of MOB oversees the general operations of the organization. Responsibilities of the Executive Chair include:
- Call and preside over meetings with the MOB Exec Board and General Commitee
- Act as representative and liaison with Student Senate
- Supervise and monitor the work of the Executive Committees of MOB
- Assist in the planning and execution of All-College related events with the Vice-Chair.
Vice Chair (Vice President): Jordan Nowak '26
The Vice Chair is the acting treasurer of the organization. Specific responsibilities include:
- Maintain records of all MOB Executive Board meetings
- Control and maintain the organizational budget
- Draft and manage the spring budgeting process
- Assist in the planning and execution of All-College related events with the Executive Chair.
Concert Chairs: Claire Choplick '26, Isaac Landis '26
The Concert Chairs plan all live music executed by the organization. Standard Concert Chair events include:
- Annual Fall Concert
- Trellis Concert Series
Special Events Chairs: Zaana Gurung '27, Claire Choplick '26
The Special Events Chairs are responsible for the planning and execution of all larger MOB variety events. Examples of such events include:
- Comedians
- Mentalists/Illusionists/Magicians
- Drag Show
- MOB the Campus
- "Red Out" Events (with Athletics)
Weekend Events Chairs: Corniellia Ofori '27, Shivaashish Shah '27, Bridget McMurrer '28, Jack Scantland '28
The Weekend Events Chairs are responsible for the planning and execution of MOB weekend events, which could include:
- Sweet Tooth/Food Bars
- Movie Nights
- Bowling/Roller Skating/Laser Tag
- Arts & Crafts Nights
Marketing Chair: Zoey Bochicchio '28
The Marketing Chair is responsible for providing photographs at all MOB events while maintaing an active presence on the organization's social media accounts. In addition, the Marketing Chair is responsible for the advertisement of MOB events with assistance from the appropriate MOB chairs.
